The Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, focusing on technology and digital services.
• Advising on emerging technology risks and developing contracting strategies.
• Participating in AI programs and regulatory change projects, providing specialist advisory support.
• Supported stakeholders with contract management, including vendor management, and resolved major incidents.
• Collaborating with teams to enable new technologies and manage AI, cyber, and innovation risks.
• Contributing to process improvements and implementing new tools for knowledge sharing and reporting.

You:

• England and Wales Qualified lawyer with 6+ PQE, ideally within commercial law.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the digital space.
• Experience within financial services or in-house advisory roles.
• Exposure to cross-border, data privacy, and outsourcing matters is advantageous.
• A proactive, forward-thinking professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
