Welcome to Lighthouse Futures Trust; we are an innovative and progressive organisation with a mission of changing the lives of young adults aged 16-25. We do this by running engaging programmes that help young adults develop the vital social & employability skills that they need to move into paid employment.
Our talented students come from a range of backgrounds. Some have mild to moderate learning disabilities, others are autistic or have social, emotional or mental health support needs. They join Lighthouse because they want to work. Our role is to help unlock their talents and shine a light on their abilities by providing them with opportunities to work for some of the country’s leading employers.
