OTR

OTR (Off The Record Bristol) is a mental health social movement by and for young people aged 11-25 in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

OTR offers free, confidential and self-referral mental health and wellbeing information and support designed to help with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, loss and relationship problems.

OTR run various one-to-one and group workshops on issues affecting young people, including its 'Hub', the first point of contact for young people wanting to get in touch. OTR also offers drop-in groups for parents and training and consultancy for professionals working with young people.
