- Degree qualified.
- Ideally a professional membership - MRICS, CHPP, MCIOB, etc.
- At least 5 years' experience.
- Pre and post contract experience, covering at least RIBA stages 2-7.
- Comfortable adminstering a contract; JCT, NEC, etc.
- Good range of experience in Property / Real Estate sectors.
- Do you live in West, East or South Yorkshire.
