Supply Chain Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator position with a leading national retailer based within their Leeds Head office. Sitting within the Supply Chain Management team, this role has a big part to play in managing inbound and outbound purchase orders to maintain constant availability of product.
Responsibilities:
Raise weekly PO’s and issue to the China office
Review weekly pending orders
Produce weekly sales reports using Excel
Regular communication with suppliers to ensure deliveries on are on time and arrive as per PO.
Liaising with China office on delivery & stock updates
Amend PO dates and update clients on due dates
Analyse sales trends and product behaviours to build future forecast profiles
Manage company KPIs and ensure all documentation stays up to date.
Review sales data of new lines and action accordingly
