Salary: 38,000- 40,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join a knowledgeable team in Leeds. The RIBA chartered practice works across the Retail, Industrial, Retail and Commercial sectors and are looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join the team.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and exceptional technical skills. Ideally, you will have managed a small team and should enjoy liaising with clients and contractors. Vectorworks experience is beneficial

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience
• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Manage and support a team
• Create excellent technical designs
• Positive and driven approach to work
• Able to manage deadlines
• Industrial experience is beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Able to run projects from start to completion
• Vectorworks experience is beneficial
• Must live within a commutable distance of Leeds
