You will be working for a forward-thinking contractor with exceptional internal delivery capabilities. The company boasts a turnover of 100m with 20 live sites and a stable pipeline of work in the residential, commercial, student accommodation & leisure sectors.

As Senior Design Manager you will be Design lead on a high rise residential project approximately 20m in value.

You will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of the agreed Design strategy managing the overall design process from tender stage through to completion of design, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure that the design is coordinated with other disciplines, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
