Major Recruitment have new Sales Representative role.

What will you be doing as Sales Advisor.

• Fast moving consumer goods
• Cold calling
• Pre booking appointments from cold calling
• Bringing in new business
• On existing clients building business, up selling
• Familiar with tendor's & filling out government tendor's
• Ideal but not essential selling to schools, hospitals, as well will sell to coffee shops college, uni's , tourist attractions etc
• 40hours - flexi time - hybrid, can be home based and call in 1 day a week to update, not so much bothered about hours just as long as making sales.
• Not micromanaged unless not making sales
• If use own car mileage 45p per mile, or can come & collect a company car, not to take home just to leave at office as need to collect goods.
• Phones - can download app called call switch as all recorded. If not happy can have company phone.
• 30k commission ( need to be worked out) will come into play after probation
• Be given company laptop.
• Everyone mucks in, so needs someone who is versatile, not straight laced, needs to be bit bolshy
