ACCOUNT MANAGER - North


Opportunity to be part of an established brand’s expansion in the UK market


Stabila are the global leader in measurement equipment. Manufacturing tools of the highest quality since 1889, now sold in over 80 countries worldwide. In the UK Stabila is a well-known established brand and our levels can be found in most tradesmen’s toolkit.

At the start of 2022, we took the decision to build our own team based in the UK to develop the brand and build our relationships with Distributors, retailers and end users. After a really successful 2 years we are now looking to grow our team.


Reporting directly into the UK&I Managing Director, as the Account Manager for the North (Ideally located in the Yorkshire area) you will be responsible for:

  • Brand development:- Developing our presence with the end user, through building relationships with Trade colleges, leading at trade shows and supporting our social media content development.
  • Customer relationships:- Build and maintain relationships with our key wholesale and retail customers.
  • Business development:-Increasing sales and product penetration in the UK market through developing and executing a clear route to market and customer plan.
  • Training:- Training and improving the knowledge of our products with all customer groups.
  • In-store experience:- Executing the brand brilliantly in store with customer centric ranging and POS solutions.


We are looking for a Candidate who is:

  • Entrepreneurial:- At the beginning of an exciting growth plan, we need a team who can think innovatively, build their own plans and play a leading role in shaping the national plan.
  • Self Motivated:- With this autonomy comes the need to be self-motivated and dynamic.
  • Team centric:- As a small team, we need people who are flexible and will work together to problem solve and be agile to adjust and improve our commercial plans accordingly.
  • Organised:- with this much flexibility and autonomy structure and organisational skills are integral, from diary planning to management through CRM.
  • Commercial:- We need a sales team who can sniff out an opportunity and grow it into a revenue stream, but also someone who can make the right commercial decision even if it means walking away.


What we offer in return:

  • A £42,000 per annum basic salary
  • A £5,800 company car allowance
  • A competitive uncapped bonus scheme
