Recruitment’s a mad game to be in.

It’s the fastest pace, most non stop, exciting, break neck industry to be in. And that’s if you’re a recruiter.

So imagine how fast you have to be in order to juggle people moving that fast. Like a cheetah on a motorbike, or something.

Anyway. We’re looking for cheetahs on motorbikes (or a better analogy, honestly). We’re a marketing agency that’s grown 500%* in the last year and increased revenues by over 1000%+ in that time frame, too**.

In terms of experience, we want people with experience of doing marketing for, or in, recruitment companies who want to be account managers.

That means probably moving from doing everything in house to coordinating everything being done across multiple houses, juggling personalities, people and executing strategies.

At times, it’s well hard. And it will almost definitely be a step up from where you are now, where you’ll spend approximately 30%*** of your time out of your comfort zone.
