Creative Team Manager

If you're a strong people leader with a creative lens and have a proven track record of supporting stakeholders at all levels, then this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a team who are doing great things from a brand point of view.

Key Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
• Drive creative brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative thinking within the team
• Be the Brand Ambassador for the organisations visual identity including imagery, video, animation and graphics.
• Lead ideation, provide art and creative direction to the Creative Team, Agency and Business Stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• A proven track record in leading, coaching and motivating an in-house studio or creative agency team is essential for this role.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - challenge, influence and support the organisations vision.
• Formal design training with a great understanding and passion across current and evolving design channels
• You will be super organised and process driven with the ability to see things through a creative lens.

Creative Team Member

Salary c£45,000-£55,000 basic

Leeds/hybrid - 1-2 days a month - flexible on location as long as you can travel to Yorkshire with ease.
