As our Retail Product & Customer Manager, you'll drive the performance of our direct, third-party and in-flight retail products, ensuring they deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise revenue in line with company targets. This role is varied, consisting of managing proactive and reactive customer changes, retail marketing activity, product and process development.
You'll report into the General Manager - Retail Product & Customer Experience, lead a team consisting of Product & Customer Executives/Analysts, plus work closely with other managers in the Retail department.
