This is an opportunity to join our award-winning Learning and Development team which provides learning to our stakeholders through a blended approach. You will implement and drive key initiatives around Acturis system development providing training and development services for new users to help them achieve their full potential, ensure company wide consistency and support company aims. This role is home based but may require travel to our offices around the UK throughout the year for in person meetings/training. What you will do: Design and deliver an Acturis induction programme for all new internal users. Drive consistencies throughout Ardonagh Advisory, through identifying differing work practices and agree best practice. Set up, develop, invigorate the Super User population so they can support with driving efficiencies. Identify and mitigate bad practice and local processes leading to efficiencies from the system. Design a catalogue of learning solutions using various learning media, that can be used for all employees. Complete Training Needs Analysis with all regions, to identify knowledge gaps providing a detailed report highlighting findings, recommendations and options and then bridge these with effective learning content. Be a point of contact for all Acturis users and deliver training for all levels of expertise. Support with Acturis change projects and drive the outputs through the sites Complete site visits and provide tailored 121 development Produce legislative and regulatory compliant learning / development plans to meet business objectives. Evaluate and report on the business impact of learning activities. Be able to consult effectively with the business using a toolkit of consultancy skills in order to identify and define business requirements, ensure stakeholder management, influence our stakeholders, encourage the use of effective learning interventions and become a solution provider. You will need to be a team player who is supportive of delivering shared objectives. Experience using Acturis either as a user or trainer is essential.
