Hybrid – Leeds 1-2 days a week OR once a month depending on location

£38,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

The Role:

You'll manage and nurture client relationships, primarily focusing on print but also covering content, research, technology, and marketing services. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure top-quality service delivery and help develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
• Travel to client sites as needed to develop solutions.

About You:

• Self-starter with strong organisational skills.
• Proven Account Management experience
• Communications & Print agency experience (essential)
• Experience working with high-profile clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communicator with a talent for building strong relationships.
