Job Title: Salesperson - Personal Contract Hire (Vehicles)
Location: Leeds
Salary: 25k basic, plus car, plus commission. 55k OTE

Our client, a leader within the Yorkshire region for vehicle management solutions are looking to add to their team.
Offering car solutions, ranging from sales, rental, lease, insurance, to both the commercial and domestic market, they now seek a motivated and dynamic Personal Contract Hire Salesperson to join the team.
You will consider yourself as a dynamic and motivated Salesperson with proven experience in the Personal Contract Hire (PCH) sector and be passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle leasing solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle leasing needs and provide expert advice on Personal Contract Hire options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Utilise the extensive existing customer CRM base to achieve renewal sales.
- Manage all new leads generated by marketing and website enquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PCH market trends and vehicle models.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Personal Contract Hire (Vehicles).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry, specifically PCH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
