Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
