I’m working with an awesome digital recruitment company, based in Leeds.

This is a people first agency, who pride themselves in having an adult culture, not driven by KPI’s - just results for their growing list of clients, who genuinely are some really big household names.

They’re looking for recruitment consultants to join them in a 360 role, so you’ll be responsible for bringing on and managing your own clients here, and will be given the freedom to build your own desk and manage this in a way that works for you.

If you have experience recruiting into the digital marketing sector, and especially in digital design & development, Client Services, Design and Branding, Advertising and Marketing, Media Sales or Creative Services I’d love to speak with you.

This desk will be for a Social and PR Desk, with loads of warm clients – so you won’t be chucked in at the deep end from day one here.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £30k. With an awesome commission scheme (up to 25%) which is straightforward and gives you massive earning potential, with bonus’ every quarter too. As well as having regular team socials, trips abroad and cash incentives too.
