Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure / Groundworks

Leading and well-respected civil engineering contractor with an outstanding reputation in undertaking groundworks projects for major developers in the Yorkshire area have an outstanding long term opportunity for an individual to join the business in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor to play a key part in the commercial control and management of a number of projects in the region.

The suitable individual will be undertaking either a Quantity Surveyor role currently or looking for that next step in running their own schemes, they will have exposure to groundworks projects and either be working for a contractor or developer / housebuilder and looking for development and career progression.

They will have drive, vision and the expertise to take on the commercial control of a number of groundworks and infrastructure projects ensuring project delivery and performance to required contractual and commercial constraints.

Salary & Benefits: circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus benefits package.
