Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and bubbly Early Years Resourcer to join our dedicated recruitment team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home 1-2 days per week, while also allowing you to engage with our team and candidates in-person.

As an Early Years Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting candidates who are passionate about working with young children. Your strong communication skills and people-centric approach will help build lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and matching them with roles that align with their skills and aspirations.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also support our Compliance Officer by ensuring all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for Early Years roles across West Yorkshire.
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting the Compliance Officer with documentation and compliance checks, ensuring all candidates meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
• A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
