Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

A national repairs and maintenance contractor working in the West Yorkshire area is looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to oversee the electrical side of day to day social housing repairs and maintenance.
Your new role
As Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians, dealing with any queries relating to electrical installation and testing.Ensuring your team are clear of their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities. Identifying risks and protecting the business's reputation, you will manage team performance, undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for an individual who has good communication skills, able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing. You'll be educated to NVQ Level 3 and hold City & Guilds th Edition, City & Guilds 2330 (or equivalent) for Electrical Installations and City & Guilds 2391 Initial Verification, Testing & Inspection.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).The role would suit a current supervisor looking for a new challenge or, equally, someone looking to take a step into management with relevant qualifications.
