Our client, a vehicle dealer in Morley, is seeking a Receptionist to join their company
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a top-tier, professional customer experience to all visitors at our site. Your responsibilities will start with warmly welcoming customers and gathering the necessary information to ensure they receive the high-quality service we strive to provide.
Your duties will include offering a helpful and professional service by addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone. Additional tasks such as handling daily mail and responding to emails will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a dynamic role, ideal for someone who can represent our brand effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to deliver precise, timely, and professional service. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with various Microsoft platforms are essential. While prior experience in a bustling office environment is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided.
