Your new company
A family owned development and investment business based in Leeds requires an experienced asset manager to manage their property portfolio. A multi-generational business with excellent landlord and tenant relationships. This is the ideal business for somebody looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity. With an office in Leeds and a portfolio that stretches across West and North Yorkshire, they are looking for someone who is based in this location.

Your new role
You will be looking at the long term strategy of the portfolio, identifying where to invest. Alongside the long term success of the portfolio, you will maintain strong relationships with the current tenants looking at regears, leasing of properties and producing heads of terms. Your new role will give you the chance to work closely with the portfolio owner, forging a strong relationship and working in partnership for the future of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience managing a mixed asset property portfolio including retail and commercial properties. You will need to be able to work as part of a small close team as well as independently on streams of work as required. Excellent communication is essential for dealing with the tenants and strong L&T knowledge is essential.
