Employee Relations Specialist

ER Advisor/Specialist, 3-6 month FTC

Leeds, salary c£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced ER Advisor/Specialist to join a manufacturing business in Leeds on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. We are looking to speak with immediately available candidates who have a strong background in employee relations, particularly within the manufacturing sector, to support the HR function during a key period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
• Manage and resolve complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
• Support management with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ER strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an ER role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to start immediately.
