Commercial Property – Solicitor – Up to £65,000 (DOE) Salary

The Role

The company has established a strong reputation across Northern England for its outstanding client service and dedication to providing high-quality outcomes. As it expands and improves its commercial services, the firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property (2 – 6 years PQE) to become a part of its successful Commercial Property team.

Candidates must have experience, knowledge, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 2-6 PQE
• Proficient in meeting deadlines and targets while effectively prioritising and managing a diverse workload
• Skilled in collaborating within a team environment as well as taking initiative independently
• Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• Exhibit professional and impactful communication with both individuals and business associates
