We're on a mission of growth and expansion, and we're seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our passionate team of disruptors and visionaries.

Your Mission:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to:

• Be a proactive sourcer who is an expert at hunting and seeking required talent for our clients
• Partner with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery to both existing and new customers.
• Actively support your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and clients, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort.
• Achieve billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality service to candidates and clients at every step.
• Aid recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find their next role.

What we re looking for:

• A proven track record in hunting supreme talent across engineering and FMCG markets.
• Experience within either a delivery style role, recruitment consultant role or talent acquisition role.
• A passion for building lasting relationships with candidates.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
• Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environments
