We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 1 to 2 Years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision making by analysing business data, creating insightful reports and documenting reporting process. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, Experience with BI Tools and excellent documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Report Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all BI Reports, including methodologies, data sources, and reporting processes.
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, up to date and accessible to relevant team members.
- Develop user guides and training materials to help stakeholders understand and utilize BI reports effectively.
Data Analysis and reporting:
- Assist in the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources into BI Tools.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business decisions.
- Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards.
Data Management:
- Collaborate with the BI Team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in development and maintenance of data sources.
- Participate in data cleansing and validation processes to ensure high-quality data.
Tools and system Utilization:
- Utilize Power BI to analyse and visualize data.
- Support the implementation and optimization of BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI tool and reports.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing BI Processes and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis or related role.
- Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating and maintaining Technical Documentation.
- Proficiency in BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic Knowledge of database Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
