Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor

CS Construction Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a valued client who is currently looking for a Senior or Intermediate Level Quantity Surveyor based in Leeds or Manchester to work across the North of England.

Our client is a leading cost consultancy and work with some of the largest retailers in the UK on projects of varying sizes, the ideal candidate will have experience from a Main Contractor or Consultancy background working in the Retail, Fit-Out, Commercial or Healthcare sectors.

This will be working across the North of England and the M62 corridor, and will require frequent size visits and meetings with clients so a full UK driving license is required

Requirements

• Relevant qualification HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, with the use of Microsoft Excel at a proficient level an essential requirement
• A thorough understanding of Surveying and Estimating, with a specific and in-depth knowledge of preparing realistic construction budgets
• Full UK Driving License
