£55,000-75,000 + 10% bonus + equity

Join a data start up that's making advanced and ML driven analytics accessible. Build applications that enable users through visualisation and accessible data. The applications you build will aid in your clients Net Zero and climate adaptation plans.

This is a user-centric role, where you will meet with clients/ users to fully understand their needs. By understanding user needs, you will drive user-centric design and lead the development of product features. The team gets together regularly for innovation drives, and you will have autonomy and dedicated time to the R&D of AI / ML solutions.

Their stack is Python and Vue.js, but we're open to any tech stack background (as long as you have the user interaction and strong software engineering experience).

Senior Software Engineer Requirements (MUST HAVES)

• Experience working closely with users to understand their needs
• Experience developing software & features to fit your users needs
• Proven track record with taking what the user needs, to development, delivery and support/ upkeep
• Technical experience with backend development (eg, Python, Java, Golang etc)
• Experience with microservices and cloud providers
• Some technical experience with full stack/ front end development

Senior Software Engineer Requirements (DESIRABLES)

• Technical experience: AWS, Neo4J, Vue, MapLibre
• AI, ML or data science specific product development
