Facades Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced External Site Manager in Leeds city centre to start immediately on a long term freelance basis. You will be working on a large student accommodation project.

Job duties:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations on construction site
• Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks and address issues promptly
• Oversee project timelines and updating key stakeholders
• Liaise with internal teams and various stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers and the client to keep the project on track
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs

Responsibilities:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
• Must have detailed externals / facades experience
• Must have proven experience as a Site Manager
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
