The Role: - Manage and grow a permanent desk within the FM and Maintenance sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their resourcing needs are met. - Proactively identify and attract top talent in the industry. - Contribute to our strategy of professionalising our pipeline with more permanent roles and white-collar contracts.
