Recently Qualified Architect

Conrad Consulting are presenting an excellent opportunity for an Architect, ideally relatively Recently Qualified to join a highly reputable medium sized Architectural practice in Leeds City centre , working on exciting projects within a variety of Commercial, Industrial Retail and Residential sectors.

As a registered Architect the right candidate will have experience working on a range of project types within the commercial and residential sectors, be passionate towards design, sustainability and creating inspirational spaces.

If you are an ambitious Architect keen to get involved in all project stages from feasibility to production, have been involved in traditional and design including build contracts and also possess a sound knowledge of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess -

• ARB/RIBA registration
• A minimum 1-2 year post qualification UK experience
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead junior team members
• Strong technical, design and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Vectorworks is desirable, other industry standard software proficiency will be considered.
• Knowledge of the planning process, current building regulations and construction methods

On offer for the successful Architect candidate -

• 33,000- 37,000 dependant on experience
