Our client a global and expanding Law firm based in Modern Leeds City Centre offices are looking for an Administrator to support various departments of the business.

Upto 27,000.

3 days wfh 2 days in the office.

Your responsibilities-

  • Drafting of letters/emails.
  • Audio typing.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Diary management.
  • Answering and diverting calls when necessary.
  • Filing, scanning and submitting of paperwork.
  • Supporting the Accounts team with any invoicing/billing.
  • Supporting the wider business when required with adhoc Admin duties.

About you-

  • 1+years of Administration experience.
  • Professional manner.
  • Can work towards deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can work independently.
