Commercial Account Handler

£750 Placement Bonus* + Salary £35-40k
Our client are looking for an experienced and professional Commercial Account Handler to join their Client Servicing team. You will play a key role in supporting the Account Director and Client Service Director in managing a growing portfolio of clients. The role will involve delivering excellent client service, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring full FCA compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and FCA regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on products.
- Efficiently manage daily and complex client queries.
- Assist with the renewal process, including market submissions, obtaining quotes, and preparing documentation.
- Attend client meetings as needed, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Conduct data analysis to support risk management propositions.
- Oversee aged debt management.
- Review and check policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- Cert CII qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial broking experience.
- Proficiency in Acturis.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to learning.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and presentation software.
- Preferred:
- Working towards or holding DIP CII qualification.
- 5 years of commercial broking experience.
