As a Theatre Manager at our Leeds Hospital, you will be a qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Theatre Manager or Senior position with a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team.


As an Theatre Manager, you will:

  • Manage the day to day running of the Theatre department
  • Lead a team of highly qualified and non qualified practitioners
  • manage workload and staffing costs
  • Ensure we deliver excellent patient care
  • provide great customer service to all visitors to theatre
  • ensure compliance with both National and local guidance
  • Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
