Fruition IT are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading finance company on a contract basis. You'll be managing relationships with critical third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and enhancing operational resilience. This is a pivotal role that involves implementing exit strategies and overseeing supplier performance in both stable and stressed scenarios.

Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee critical third-party supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Develop and implement exit plans to maintain operational resilience, especially when managing supplier stress situations.
• Support the business in evaluating and potentially ending supplier relationships where necessary.
• No specific tech skills required, but familiarity with payment systems and banking processes is essential.

Service Delivery Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager (or similar) within financial services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and regulatory requirements in banking.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships with a focus on operational resilience.
