Eddison’s are looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join our busy Building Consultancy & Sustainability team. You will be working across a varied portfolio of Real Estate but with a focus on the Education Sector across the North of England.

The ideal candidate will have experience in

Condition Surveys and Inspections

• Building Surveys: Assessment of existing mechanical and electrical systems to determine their condition, performance, and remaining lifespan.
• Compliance Inspections: Ensuring that systems meet relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Projects

• Energy Audits: Evaluating energy consumption of mechanical and electrical systems and recommending improvements.
• Sustainable Design: Integrating renewable energy sources (solar panels, heat pumps) and other energy-saving technologies into new or existing buildings.

For this role you can be based in the Northwest or Lancashire.
