Salary: £37.5k - £42k + bonuses, with potential earnings exceeding £46k.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Machinist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC mill/turn machines, specifically with Fanuc or Haas G-code. Key Duties:

  • Operate and program CNC mill/turn machines to produce high-precision parts.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Perform machine setup, tooling adjustments, and calibrations.
  • Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections to confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to improve production processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What We re Looking For:

  • Proven CNC machinist experience specializing in mill/turn machines.
  • Proficiency in Fanuc or Haas G-code programming.
  • Solid understanding of machining principles, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications or technical education in machining or engineering are a plus.
