Print Finisher Guillotine Operator

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Print Finisher / Guillotine Operator to join a well-established company based in Leeds

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: Circa 13.00 per hour, Depending on Experience.

Based in Kirkstall, the company is looking for an experienced Print Finisher and Guillotine Operator for a full-time position.

Experience on Horizon Booklet Maker, Stahl Folders is desirable. Ability to operate Guillotines on site efficiently and without supervision (Wohlenberg 115 and Polar 76) also favourable.

Candidates must be reliable and trustworthy/honest with a good work ethic, and be proficient in handling paper up to B1 in size and work to a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to operate other machinery, including Heidelberg Cylinder and Platens and Wiro Binding equipment would be an advantage, as work duties may also involve time on them.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience in handling large paper sizes is vital.
• Capacity to operate other print finishing equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Capability to work on your own and/or as part of a team.
