We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Lead to drive complex analytics projects and support our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver analytics projects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support and mentor junior analysts and offshore teams.
- Manage project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Prioritize and balance planned and ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to departmental strategy.
- Build relationships with offshore analytics teams and lead briefings.
- Identify and address risks and challenges, suggesting policy improvements.
- Draw actionable conclusions and recommend further actions.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of credit products and data-driven strategies.
- Experience with statistical models and analytics in banking.
- Knowledge of risk management, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in SQL/SAS and strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across locations.
