About the Role:
As a Team Leader with a leading IT recruitment firm, you'll be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of dedicated IT Recruiters specialising in data-related roles. Your role will involve:
- Leading and Mentoring: Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Data Recruitment Expertise: Specializing in a wide range of data roles, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, BI Analysts, Database Administrators, Data Architects, Statisticians, Financial Data Analysts, and Marketing Data Analysts.
- Business Development: Actively seeking out new clients and expanding your team's reach within the data recruitment market.
- Coaching and Development: Investing in your team's professional growth through ongoing coaching and development initiatives.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance team performance.
