Our Client are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer/ Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, to play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the organization's Cloud Engineering and Technical Operations function. This team spearheads the development and support of infrastructure, client environments, collaboration technologies, and telephony systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Undertaking and leading activities to translate business requirements into technical capabilities, exploring infrastructure delivery options and developing design ideas.
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and support solutions across the organization.
• Developing solutions to time and quality standards, aligning with business requirements.
• Participating in cross-organizational squads to develop capabilities and gain advocacy for solutions.
• Discussing solutions with business customers, technical experts, and vendors to develop and deliver collaborative solutions.

Desired qualifications & experience:

• Implementing and supporting platforms in Azure or AWS.
• Using the Microsoft PowerPlatform for automation and process improvement.
• Experience with Azure AI and Copilot.
• MS365 Product Suite (MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business).
• Device, Application & Data Management (Intune, Windows 11 Management).
• Office Engineering (Telemetry, Add On management & governance).
• MS365 Security Tooling.
• Networking technologies including WAN, LAN, and WiFi.
• Scripting/coding (PowerShell, Power Platform, GraphAPI, JSON, Terraform).
