Role: Topographical Surveyor

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 -£35,000 - Company vehicle
Contract: Full Time, Permanent


Join an experienced land surveying team, specializing in 3D topographical and utility surveys. Collaborate with the team to deliver survey projects while staying at the forefront of surveying techniques and methods.
This role involves travel and on-site work, with short-term projects requiring overnight stays.

Your Role:
- Collecting, producing, and delivering on-site survey information in accordance with company procedures
- Ensuring setting out and quality assurance of works are completed timely and per contract requirements
- Implementing best practices for efficient engineering survey methods
- Committing to Health & Safety and Environmental Policies
- Adhering to client and project deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:
- Possessing significant experience in a similar role, typically 3-7 years.
- Relevant technical degree or HND in surveying or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of project and commercial considerations.
- Competent in the use of total stations, GNSS, and terrestrial laser scanners.
- Experience with relevant software such as N4ce (or similar), Trimble Business Centre (or similar), and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Cyclone, Cloudworx, or MX would be advantageous but not essential.
- Membership of a professional body would be advantageous.
