We operate in over 30 countries, securing government tenders and undertaking numerous growth projects, from new product development to innovative sales strategies to the implementation of our cutting-edge operational software. About the Role:


As a Project Coordinator - Process Improvement, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within Safeguard Armour. You'll be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of key processes across various departments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with our growth goals. You will also be supporting the launch of new products and projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new or revised procedures, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for further refinement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training materials.
  • Support the implementation of our new ERP/MRP system (Hydacore), contributing to the automation and optimization of key processes.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.
