Job Title: Executive Search Consultant


Location: Dubai (After 3-6 months of training in our Leeds office, with fully paid accommodation)

With a newly opened office in Nottingham, they are now preparing to launch a new office in Dubai by January 2025. Relocation to Leeds is required for initial training, where candidates will be provided with fully paid accommodation. Following 3-6 months of induction training, you will relocate to Dubai, where your flights and the first month's accommodation will also be fully covered.

Training: You’ll receive comprehensive training from Harris & Co.’s in-house Learning and Development team, including a combination of on-the-job training, One-2-One sessions, custom E-learning resources, and classroom-based learning. With guidance from industry-leading professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to progress from your initial role to managing your own business unit as a Managing Director.
