As part of the Curriculum Redefined project, the University is placing partnership with students at the centre of its approach to assessment and feedback. The University's new Partnerships in Assessment and Feedback Network is seeking to recruit 10 students from across the University to form a Student Advisory Board. The Network will contribute to a central pillar of the University's mission to deliver transformative opportunities for our students and society through a distinctive and sustainable Leeds Curriculum founded on the values of collaboration and partnership. The Network will work with students, academics, employers and members of the community to centre student voices and experiences in the University's approach to assessment and feedback.
You will be passionate about student education as well as strongly motivated to work with your peers from across the University to help bring about meaningful partnership with students in assessment and feedback. You will also be reliable, work well in diverse teams and have excellent communication skills. Drawing on your lived experience as students, you will work with your peers in the Student Advisory Board and a team of academics and professional services colleagues to shape and deliver the programme of activities of the Partnerships in Assessment and Feedback Network.

Time commitment
48 hours over the academic year (approximately 4 hours a week) to include training and preparation for board meetings, attendance of board meetings, project work and contributions to online discussions and in-person events
Ad-hoc project opportunities: depending on project need, you may also be drawn upon if opportunities arise throughout the year (non-compulsory).
