Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of exhibition projects, from initial concept to execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, logistics, marketing, and production to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to align with client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage risk, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Foster innovation in exhibition design and attendee engagement

- Proven experience (7+ years) in managing large-scale exhibitions or trade shows within the events industry
