A well established Construction and Property Consultancy who cover a range of projects in the UK, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team in Leeds.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team who have built a strong reputation over the years and their relatively new Cost Management team are looking to expand aggressively to cope with demand. Specialising in building projects at all stages in multiple sectors, including Residential, Offices, Industrial and Commercial.

Based nationwide, they provide a complete Cost Management service with Project Management and Building Surveying services along side.

About the role:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value.

Your role will include :

• Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
• Feasibility Cost Studies
• Procurement and Contract Advice
• Provide bespoke one to one client services
• You will work Pre and Post Contract

The role would ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has recently become chartered through RICS

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company and progress to managing a team, should they desire.

About the salary:

• Up to 75,000

About the requirements:

• The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have at least 5 years experience.
• A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
• Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
• Ideally, you will be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
