Building Services Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you a mechanical maintenance engineer with experience in building services? Then I want to hear from you!

Duties:
Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
Conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance on cooling towers and chillers
Maintaining plumbing fixtures and addressing leaks
Changing bearings, fixing motors, and cleaning/changing filters
Replacing mechanical seals and performing boiler inspections and reactive maintenance

Package DOE/NEG

Monday to Friday (7:30am to 5pm)
Mobile sites in and around West Yorkshire
