IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for implementing new applications? Are you proficient in various Project Management methodologies?

Do you want to lead on end-to-end, new technology implementation projects?

This Leeds based Housing Association is looking to hire an IT Project Manager to lead on the replacement of multiple business systems and applications, as part of a vast business wide transformation which involves overhauling legacy tech.

This is a 5-year programme where as the IT Project Manager, you will run these projects end-to-end, and be hugely influential in implementing project management methodologies across the technology change function.

In this role, you will support several critical projects, including a new ERP and CRM, an on-prem to cloud data transformation, the implementation of new Housing and Finance Systems, service technology, and more.

In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Transformation to implement a clearly defined methodical approach to projects, and then lead on end-to-end delivery.

You would be an excellent fit if you have end-to-end, IT project management experience, you have worked with multiple project management tools and methodologies, and you are looking for more exposure and more ownership of projects.

To excel in this role, you should:

• Have experience managing technology projects from inception to completion
• Be well-versed in multiple project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APMP, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Have helped to guide project strategies and bring structure to project delivery.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels

The salary on offer is £50,000 to £55,000 to with some excellent benefits. This role is hybrid with likely 1 or 2 days a week at their office near Leeds.

Interviews will be taking place in September, with the Director of Transformation looking to review applications as soon as possible.
