Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this role?

You'll get to work closely with the Product Owner and Engineering Lead within your lab ensuring you contribute to the development and prioritisation of your deliverables, as well as other members of the team such as the Integrators around key dependencies and Customer Journey Managers to ensure we do the right thing for our colleagues.

Key activities include:

• Coordinating the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure
• Leading on the Service Introduction process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line.
• Working with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable delivery at pace.
• Identify blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, trouble shooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Acting as the interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.
• Leading complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
• Providing consultancy for governance activity owned by the Product Owner.
• Enabling the delivery of technology risk and control improvements.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Previous background within Delivery / Project Management, in particular technical change programmes and related governance activities.
• Regulatory Surveillance experience
• End to end testing
• SAS and cloud knowledge/experience
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical solutions into non-engineering terminology.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of customers of our Platform.
• Experience of delivering using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and either Kanban or Scrum methodology.
• Demonstrate ability to support multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• A quick learner, and you can grasp concepts quickly and apply new skills.
